How did this initiative start?
It started in partnership with our corporate and government customer base. It is our collective belief that medical grade masks should be left to the healthcare professionals. In that spirit we have created our 3 layer, tightly woven 100% cotton reusable and washable face masks. Our masks are produced in multiple sizes for an industry leading fit and comfort to the wearer. Our masks are also certified to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®.
What does STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® mean?
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is one of the world's best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer confidence and high product safety.
If a product carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this article, i.e. every fabric, thread, button and other accessory, has been tested for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless in human ecological terms. The tests are conducted by an independent OEKO-TEX® partner institute on the basis of their extensive OEKO-TEX® criteria catalog. In the test they take into account numerous regulated and non-regulated substances, which may be harmful to human health. In many cases the limit values for the STANDARD 100 go beyond national and international requirements. The criteria catalog is updated at least once a year and expanded with new scientific knowledge or statutory requirements. It is not easy for manufacturers and customers to keep an overview of the legal situation concerning harmful substances every day. The experts from the OEKO-TEX® institutes do this for you.

Are the masks medical grade?
No. Our masks are not meant for medical use. It is our belief that medical grade masks should be left to the healthcare professionals.
It is recommended that Canadians use non-medical face masks in tandem with physical (social) distancing measures to limit the transmission of the deadly virus, in all public settings where this is difficult to maintain (i. e. grocery stores, parks, pharmacies).
Our masks follow the guidelines and recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Canada and Centre for Disease Control and Prevention.
Do the masks prevent against the virus?
No. While these masks do not protect against the virus, they will help slow the spread by preventing droplets being transmitted from person to person and prevent us from touching our faces. A mask is an added layer of protection that can help prevent pre-symptomatic and asymptomatic people from inadvertently infecting others with COVID-19. We believe that all medical grade surgical and N95 (or equivalent) masks should remain a priority for and continue to be reserved for frontline healthcare workers and other medical first responders.
How many masks come in a pack?
Our masks are distributed in packages of 3 masks per bag.
Is there a minimum order quantity required?
No. We will ship 1 bag of masks.
Who should wear a mask?
The masks have been designed for all ages in the general populace and non-health care workers, leaving the medical grade masks for those working on the frontline.
Who should not wear a mask?
Face masks or other cloth face coverings should not be worn by anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
How do the masks fit?
Our masks are offered in multiple sizes and feature an ergonomic design which fits the face snugly and includes an adjustable flexible nose wire and soft elastic earloops with toggle adjustments for an optimal fit on all face shapes and sizes.
Are the masks customizable?
Yes. Brand identity is our niche. We have the capability to add corporate logos or other small embellishments at an additional cost. Minimum order quantities will apply for customized masks, please contact us for further information at email@example.com
Are price discounts available for bulk purchases?
For inquiries about our customized branded masks or bulk purchase of generic masks please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
Can you reuse a mask?
Yes. You can wash and disinfect masks after usage.
How long can I wear the filtered mask before needing to change the filter?
Each filter can last approximately 1-3 days depending on usage.
Can I order extra filters?
Yes. The filters are sold in packages of 10 units per bag. Please visit our "Shop Now" page to purchase.
How do I wear a non-medical mask or face covering properly?
1. Ensure the face covering is clean and dry.
2. Wash your hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds before touching the mask.
- If none is available, use hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol.
3. Ensure your hair is away from your face.
4. Place the face covering over your nose and mouth and secure to your head or ears with its ties or elastics.
- Adjust if needed to ensure nose and mouth are fully covered.
5. The mask should fit snugly to the cheeks and there should not be any gaps.
6. Wash your hands or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer after adjusting your mask.
While wearing a non-medical mask or face covering, it is important to avoid touching your face. If you do touch your mask or face, you should immediately wash your hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds, or use a hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol.
How do I remove my mask?
Individuals should be careful not to touch their eyes, nose and mouth when removing their face covering and wash their hands immediately after removing.
It is important to understand that non-medical masks have limitations and need to be used safely. You must consistently and strictly adhere to good hygiene and public health measures, including frequent hand washing and physical (social) distancing. If you choose to use a non-medical face mask, the Public Health Agency of Canada recommends you wash your hands before putting it on and after taking it off. Face masks can become contaminated on the outside or when they are touched by hands. The agency recommends that people avoid touching their face masks while wearing them and change their cloth masks as soon as they get damp or soiled.
Is it ok to share masks?
No. You should never share masks.
Where are the masks made and what are they made of?
Our face masks are produced at our long-term partner factories in China. All of our factories are strictly monitored and certifeid to highest industry social compliance standards such as WRAP, BSCI or Sedex.
All components of our masks are certified to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®. The fabric is a 100% Cotton, tight Poplin weave fabric and our elastic ear loops are latex free.
